Drake Starling is an environmental consultant with both US and international experience.His work at World Bank related to environmental arbitration cases, and for USAID, Drake contributed to development projects in francophone West Africa. In the US, as one of the next generation of conservation leaders in Virginia, he has done a fellowship at the Piedmont Environment Council.Drake holds a B.A. in politics from Catholic University and an M.A. in international relations and environment from University of Barcelona.His academic background includes work in climate change policy, international development and cooperation, and natural resources conflicts.Drake has lived in five countries and also speaks Spanish, French, Hungarian, and some Russian.
